If you choose not to use the IP management system provided by Olcott, you have the option of accessing your account through the Client Access Portal, which offers the following features:

  • View complete portfolio/inventory for active/abandoned cases
  • Track status of renewal fee payments
  • Conduct case searches based on certain criteria: by country, official number, title, your reference number, other.
  • Sort search results and export into various formats
  • Report updates by email to Olcott by case number
  • Generate reports showing the next annuity due date
  • View and download renewal receipts
  • Generate and export budget reports
  • View contact information
